Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius & CBNA London has offloaded a 4.88% equity stake in the company via open market transactions on February 21. With this, their shareholding stands at 3.87% now, down from 8.75% earlier.
Tata Motors
The company has rolled out a special edition version of its SUV models, including Punch and Safari, priced between Rs 8.58 lakh and Rs 20.99 lakh (ex-showroom), to mark its leadership in the segment. The ‘Untamed Kaziranga Edition’ range starts with Punch, which is priced at Rs 8.58 lakh, Nexon at Rs 11.78 lakh, Harrier at Rs 20.4 lakh and Safari at Rs 20.99 lakh. The Kaziranga Edition will be available only on their respective top trims, across company authorised dealerships.
Societe Generale
The company has offloaded shares of Housing Development Finance Corp (HDFC) worth nearly Rs 1,730 crore through an open market transaction. Societe Generale has sold nearly 71 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 2,436.8 apiece.
Sanofi India
The final dividend of Rs 181 per equity share for the year ended December 2021 has been approved by the board of directors. In addition, the firm has also declared a special dividend of Rs 309 per share for the year. The decision of special dividend has been taken especially after the selling of nutraceuticals business during the year. Also, the net profit declined 26.5% year-on-year to Rs 90.4 crore for the quarter ended December 2021, and revenue during the same period fell 4.5% to Rs 688 crore YoY.
Bosch
The company has acquired a minority 26% stake in B2B eCommerce auto spares, garage equipment and accessories Autozilla Solutions. The said acquisition will allow the company to participate in a digital B2B marketplace for the independent aftermarket (IAM) in the domestic market and will help it in easing auto spares procurement.
Forbes & Company
The firm said the board has given its approval for a binding term sheet for the sale of the company’s entire shareholding in subsidiary Forbes Facility Services to SILA Solutions. The said transaction of Rs 42 crore is expected to be completed by the first quarter of FY23. Further, there would be termination of its Joint Venture agreement with Sterling Investment Corporation, G S Enterprises in relation to Shapoorji Pallonji Forbes Shipping (SPFSL), but the company would continue to hold 25% equity and preference share capital in SPFSL. The termination is taking place with mutual consent.
