Maria Molonova, a Russian millionaire businesswoman has discovered a creative way to get her perfect match after not having access to dating applications. She has decided to rent a number of billboards in Ulan-Ude advertising a bid to find herself a husband.

Who is Maria Molonova?

Maria Molonova is a 26-year-old and a mother of two children. She has decided to rent several advertising billboards in Ulan-Ude in order to find a perfect match for her. She claimed that she cannot use dating applications anymore. The Russian businesswoman has over 22,000 followers on Instagram. She included a QR code in the adverts for those who are interested.

Since Russia invaded Ukraine, it has become difficult for Russians to use dating applications since they’re not able to pay using a credit or debit card. “I am unable to meet a man and I really want to get married,” said the businesswoman. Though her advertisements went viral even on social media, she hasn’t revealed if she found a suitable match.

She used to be active on dating sites and applications, but now she said that she was left with no choice. “I can’t just sit and wait for a man, I’m an innovative and creative person. It’s my aim to cover the city as much as possible, to actually meet a man if my luck works,” said Maria. Previously, she put a sign on her car which read, “I want to get married.”

Molonova claimed that she owned an apartment and a car and that she was engaged in many investments. At 26, she is a successful businesswoman. However, she really wants to get married and is very selective in choosing a match, especially having two children. She has also hired a financial advisor and owns heavy assets.

In addition to being popular on Instagram, Molonova even applied to feature on the Russian version of the American reality show The Bachelor but got rejected. Now her billboards advertised across the city looking for a perfect match, are getting attention across the media.
