Farrah Forke, best known for her roles in the NBC sitcom “Wings” and the ABC drama “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman”, has died at the age of 54. The actor died of cancer at her home in Texas on February 25.
“Farrah was fierce, tender, loyal, loving, strong, funny, smart, protective, kind, passionate and utterly irreplaceable. She brought a light so great to the world that even after her passing, the light remains,” her family said in a statement, The Hollywood Reporter reported.

Born on January 12, 1968, in Texas, Forke studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York.
She went on to play the role of a helicopter pilot in ‘Wings’, which aired on NBC from 1990-to 1997, and attorney Mayson Drake on Season 2 of “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.”
Forke went on to act in several television shows, including, “Ned and Stacey,” “Mr. Rhodes” and “Party of Five.” She also appeared in films such as “Brain Twisters”, “Disclosure” and “Heat”.

She then stepped away from acting to raise her children. Apart from her twins, she is survived by her mother, stepfather and her three sister.
Following her death, several people took to Twitter to pay tributes.
“RIP to Farrah Forke, a talented comedic actress, dedicated mom and an incredibly nice lady,” one person tweeted.
“So sad to hear this. RIP Farrah will always be known as Mayson Drake,” another person wrote.
Meanwhile, a private service was reportedly held by close family and friends.
