Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who has been vocal over the probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case and has also raised the issue of substance abuse in Bollywood, took to her social media account to reply on the statement made by Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh that the Mumbai Police should probe the actress if she was allegedly taking drugs.

“I am more than happy to oblige Mumbai Police & Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. Please do my drug tests, investigate my call records if you find any links to drug peddlers ever I will accept my mistake and leave Mumbai forever, looking forward to meeting you,” she posted.

Deshmukh on Tuesday ordered a probe into the actress’ alleged involvement with drugs after an interview in which Adhyayan Suman, son of actor Shekhar Suman and ex-boyfriend of Kangana, made certain statements that the actress used to take drugs and also forced him to take it.

“As per request submitted by MLAs Sunil Prabhu & Pratap Sarnaik, I answered in Assembly & said that Kangana Ranaut had relations with Adhyayan Suman, who in an interview said she takes drugs & also forced him to. Mumbai Police will look into details of this”, said Maharashtra Home Minister, reports ANI.

The actor is currently embroiled in a public spat with the Shiv Sena in Maharashtra after she compared Mumbai with Pakistan occupied Kashmir.

Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut had accused her of insulting Maharashtra asking her not to return to Mumbai which the actor interpreted as a threat and took to Twitter to voice her frustration. Shiv Sena has also filed a sedition charge against the actor.
