Meanwhile%2C%20ever%20since%20the%20digging%20was%20suspended%20last%20month%2C%20L%26amp%3BT%20had%20started%20concentrating%20on%20raising%20the%20boundary%20wall%20around%20the%2067%20acres%20of%20land%20acquired%20and%20earmarked%20for%20the%20Ram%20Temple.

Now%20that%20decks%20have%20been%20cleared%20for%20resuming%20the%20construction%20of%20the%20shrine%2C%20digging%20work%20was%20resumed%20on%20Monday%20%28January%2018%29.%20Earth-movers%20have%20already%20been%20on%20the%20job%20at%20the%20site%20but%20the%20focus%20would%20now%20be%20on%20laying%20the%20foundation%20of%20the%20main%20temple.

While%20the%20design%20of%20the%20temple%20adheres%20to%20the%20country%u2019s%20ancient%20vedic%20traditions%20engineers%20were%20also%20taking%20care%20to%20make%20the%20structure%20earthquake%20proof%20and%20sturdy%20enough%20to%20sustain%20the%20vagaries%20of%20rough%20weather%20for%20centuries.
