The%20film%20starts%20with%20the%20San%20Francisco%20Chronicle%20receiving%20encrypted%20letters%20written%20by%20the%20killer%20calling%20himself%20the%20%22Zodiac%2C%22%20one%20month%20after%20he%20attacked%20two%20people%2C%20killing%20one%20of%20them.%20The%20killer%20threatens%20to%20kill%20a%20dozen%20people%20unless%20his%20coded%20message%20containing%20his%20identity%20is%20published.
