Pranshu Tripathi from Umariya, Madhya Pradesh, might become the second crorepati of Kaun Banega Crorepati 13. In a promo released on Wednesday, he is seen attempting the Rs 1 crore question.

Janne ke liye dekhiye #KaunBanegaCrorepati, 23rd Sept ko, raat 9 baje, sirf Sony par (sic),” read the caption of the promo shared on the official Instagram page of Sony TV.
Who is Pranshu Tripathi?
Pranshu works as a maths teacher in a local government school in Umariya. He teaches the students of 9th and 10th grade.
As a child, he aspired to become a cricketer. However, is father urged him to pursue the game as a hobby and instead focus on studies.

Apart from teaching, he is also preparing for competitive exams and wants to secure a government job just like his father.
Meanwhile, another promo released on Wednesday showed Pranshu showing off a picture of cricketer Rohit Sharma, which he carries in his wallet. KBC host Amitabh Bachchan jokes that despite having a girlfriend, Pranshu doesn’t carry her photo.

Speaking about how he met the woman, Pranshu said, “We met in college. She’s beautiful, and I’m average.”
Amitabh then asked him to choose between her and Rohit Sharma, and Pranshu said, “Now that’s an even more difficult question than the one for Rs 7 crore, and you haven’t even given me a lifeline!”
Himani Bundela, a teacher from Agra, was the first crorepati of Kaun Banega Crorepati 13.
It will be interesting to see if he wins 1 crore.
