Paul, also known as CP3, has lost 13 consecutive playoff games – with the Los Angeles Clippers, Houston Rockets, Thunder and Phoenix – when Foster was the game’s crew chief.

Paul vanquished his nemesis in 2023 when his team – Phoenix Suns – beat the Los Angeles Clippers 123-109. The player finished with 16 points, eight assists and three personal fouls. His record with Foster as an official is 3-17.

Scott Foster is one of the NBA’s longest-serving refs. He has 29 seasons under his belt. However, the official has taken some questionable decisions over the years.
