Tiger Woods’ now-ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, is suing the 47-year-old golf legend in an attempt to overturn a non-disclosure agreement Woods forced her to sign at the start of their relationship, claiming the NDA should not be enforced due to the Speak Out Act, which provides an exemption in cases involving sexual assault or harassment.

Woods has been controversial for quite some time.
In 2009, Woods apologized for his “transgressions” and promised to be a better husband and father in the future the day after a Los Angeles woman named Jaimee Grubbs claimed to have had a nearly three-year relationship with him.
Grubbs also released chats among the two which supported her claims.
Who is Jaimee Grubbs?
Born 1985, Jaimee Grubbs is a cocktail waitress from Los Angeles.
Grubbs was in the news for being American professional golfer Tiger Woods’s mistress.
At the Light nightclub in Las Vegas in April 2007, Grubbs introduced himself to Woods by tapping her on the shoulder and saying, “You don’t look like you’re having any fun.”
The two then returned to Woods’ hotel suite at the MGM hotel after a night of dancing, according to Grubbs, who recalls observing that the golf star was not donning a wedding ring.

Woods married Elin Nordegren in 2004, which was considered breaking news at the time.) Grubbs had previously appeared on season one of VH1’s “reality” show Tool Academy, which was aimed at teaching bad boyfriends good manners; Grubbs’ then-boyfriend Shawn Southern was a contestant on the show.
