As Coronavirus spread to almost all corners of the planet, government’s the world over pulled out all stops to try and check its spread and to minimize the impact.

The virus that was first reported in China’s Wuhan in December 2019 quickly travelled across borders leaving 505,076  dead and 10,275,710 infected, with the US and Europe being the worst affected. 

In the absence of any treatment or vaccines, governments responded in various ways — from restricting movement to imposing lockdowns, from suspending trains, flights to mass sanitizing.
