Marvel Cinematic Universe’s latest offering, Disney+ Original show, ‘WandaVision’ is set to premiere on January 15 this year.
Currently shrouded in mystery, the numerous teasers and trailers for the show have left fans wondering exactly where, and in what decade, the show is set in.
Though creators of the show have denied that it is based on a particular comic, the following can be checked out by fans to get an idea of where the show might be headed.
The Vision (2015-2016)
In the storyline of this comic, Vision attempts to be a human and live in the suburbs with his wife and children in domestic bliss. However, things do not appear as they seem.
House of M (2005)
In House of M, Wanda, after suffering a mental breakdown, changes reality to reunite with her lost children. The world seem till now in WandaVision is thought by most fans to be a reality born into existence from fantasy by Wanda.
Vision Quest (1989)
In this comic, Vision is kidnapped by spies and deconstructed by a group of international scientists. Vision is later rebuilt by Hank Pym, but he loses his memory in the process.
The series stars Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany as Wanda Maximoff and Vision respectively.
