At least one man was shot at a park in the North Clairemont Recreation Center on Sunday, a San Diego police officer said as per The San Diego Union-Tribune. Police are investigating the incident.
The gunfire was reported at about 11:50 AM at the park on Bannock Avenue just off Genesee Avenue south of Clairemont Mesa Boulevard, Officer David O’Brien said as per the report. The extent of the victim’s injuries in not known yet.

The person was reportedly shot in the chest and officers are searching for two people. Several people were present in the park when the shooting occurred.
