Renowned lawyer and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani finds himself embroiled in a legal battle as his former consultant, Noelle Dunphy, 43, files a $10 million lawsuit against him. The lawsuit alleges sexual harassment, wage theft, and a series of demeaning actions by Giuliani, who is now 78 years old.
Dunphy’s legal complaint asserts that Giuliani aggressively pursued her employment and enticed her with a promise of a $1 million salary. However, she claims that Giuliani failed to honor this agreement, leaving her unpaid for her services. Additionally, Dunphy accuses Giuliani of subjecting her to a non-consensual sexual relationship, including instances of forced oral sex within the workplace, along with a general pattern of degradation.

The lawsuit, filed with the appropriate legal authorities, sheds light on a contentious situation between Giuliani and his former consultant. These serious allegations, if proven true, could have significant implications for the legal career and public image of Giuliani, who has been a prominent figure in American politics.
In the wake of the lawsuit, Giuliani has hit out at Noelle Dunphy in his WABC radio show.
“She never worked for my company. The things she’s alleging are untrue,” he said.

“I am fed up. I am not just a punching bag – I punch back! I don’t lie, I don’t abuse anyone and I never have. I sure as heck and am not going to sit here and be accused of that by someone who does this for a living,” he continued.
“I had a report last night that she did it with a guy in Southampton… this woman has spent the last eight years trying to sue rich men and set them up… Oh boy I can give you more. She’s been excluded from hotels because she trawls them to see if she can find men to shake down.”
“You think the public should know that in evaluating the complaint? ‘I wasn’t the first one she did it to,” he said.
