Singer Halsey
welcomed her first child with boyfriend Alev Aydin last week. She shared the
news with her fans on social media on Monday by posting a pic with Aydin and
the baby.

“Gratitude.
For the most ‘rare’ and euphoric birth. Powered by love,” the singer
captioned the photos she posted on Instagram. The caption also included the
baby’s name and birthdate, “Ender Ridley Aydin, 7/14/2021.”

After the announcement,
social media took it by storm as many fans congratulated her for becoming a
mom.

K Pop band BTS also tweeted to congratulate the singer.

And Halsey’s fans were impressed.

In January 2021, Halsey shared the news of her pregnancy in a series of Instagram photos.

“Surprise!” she captioned the post, adding the bottle, rainbow, and angel baby emojis.

Her boyfriend Aydin shared his happiness in the comments section of the post, where he wrote, “Heart so full, I love you, sweetness.” “I love you!!!!! And I love this mini human already!,” Halsey said in a reply

However, Halsey’s pregnancy has always been the talk of the town, even before she got pregnant. Earlier that year, Halsey shared a post saying she’s got a secret to share with fans that got people into thinking if the singer was pregnant.

The guesswork, however, was over before it began after Halsy clarified that it’s nothing related to pregnancy.

“People think my last tweet is me hinting I’m pregnant, which means I’m either: a. gaining weight b. acting weirder than usual. Jokes on u, I’m doing BOTH! however STILL not pregnant!”, she said at the time.
