Donald Trump will surrender in the Miami Court to face federal allegations of mishandling US government secrets, the latest and most serious in a series of investigations undermining his effort to reclaim the presidency.

According to a judicial source, Trump will be treated the same as other defendants. He will have his fingerprints digitally captured, and a photograph of him will be posted to the court records but not made public.
Trump is charged with 31 counts of illegally retaining confidential documents, each punishable by up to ten years in jail, as well as conspiracy to hinder justice, uttering false statements, and other offences.
The defiant Republican said he would plead not guilty but wouldn’t be making any public statements following the hearing.
