An extreme sports enthusiast from France was killed after falling from a Hong Kong apartment building’s 68th floor.
Who was Remi Lucidi?
The South China Morning Post claims that Remi Lucidi, 30, was ascending the Tregunter Tower complex when he fell.
Remi Enigma, Lucidi’s online alias, was declared dead at the scene.

Lucidi reportedly entered the building around 6 p.m. and informed the security guard that he was going to visit a buddy on the 40th floor, according to Hong Kong officials.
After the purported friend acknowledged he was not familiar with Lucidi, a security guard made an attempt to detain Lucidi, but by that point, the stuntman had already obtained a lift.
Later, Lucidi was seen on security tape entering the building from the 49th floor and again ascending the steps to the top of the structure.
The roof hatch was open, according to those searching for Lucidi, but he was not to be found.
The man was last seen alive, according to the police, at 7:38 p.m. when he tapped on the penthouse complex’s window, prompting a maid to dial 911.
According to Gurjit Kaur, owner of the hostel where Lucidi was reportedly boarded, the guest was a “friendly and humble guy.”
“He was healthy and fit and happy-faced,” Kaur told the news outlet. “I feel very sad.”
A worker at the hostel claimed that he had spoken with Lucidi several times before his death and that he had told him that the man was visiting Hong Kong on vacation.

“He told me he was going to hike a mountain when I asked where he was going. He said he wanted to hike a lot when he was here,” said the worker.
Several of Lucidi’s fans took to social media to express their own grief.
