Three people were fatally shot and two others were critically injured in an incident on Wednesday in Wisconsin city’s southeastern region, according to media reports citing statements from law enforcement authorities.
Police said that initial investigations indicate the shooter was among the dead, according to Associated Press.
Dispatchers received a 911 call at about 10:40 PM. Tuesday and all that could be heard was unintelligible screaming, officials said. Once dispatchers determined the address in Kenosha, about 50 miles (80 kilometers) south of Milwaukee, officers rushed to the scene and discovered the bodies.

Out of the two injured people, one was taken to a nearby hospital on an ambulance while the second one was airlifted from the area.
Kenosha Police Department said in a statement on Wednesday, “This appears to be domestic-related incident and we believe the person responsible for the shooting is one of the deceased persons located within the house”, according to reports from the Associated Press.
Police identified Marian Pizzaro, who was 18 years old, and Sebastian Perez-Alvarez, 17, as the victims who were fatally shot. A 14-year-old boy along with Luz Pizarro-Perez, who was 35.

The suspected shooter, also found dead, was 24-year-old Jostin Gutierrez-Pagan, officials said.
“As a community, we are shocked and saddened by this senseless loss of life,” said Kenosha Mayor John Antaramian. “This year we have had 12 homicides and two-thirds of the cases have been results of domestic violence.

Tuesday’s shooting is the second this year in Kenosha County involving multiple fatalities. On April 18, a gunman opened fire at Somers House Tavern just north of Kenosha, leaving three men dead and three wounded.
