A longtime aide of former United States President Donald Trump has been accused of sexual harassment. Trump donor Trashelle Odom said Corey Lewandowski was “verbally and physically aggressive and forceful” towards her at a charity dinner on the evening of September 26 in Las Vegas, Nevada. “He repeatedly touched me inappropriately, said vile and disgusting things to me, stalked me, and made me feel violated and fearful,” she said in a statement to Politico. Four people in attendance at the event confirmed Odom’s claims. “I am coming forward because he needs to be held accountable,” Odom said, adding she wanted other women to know that they “can be heard, too, and together we can stop terrible things like this from happening.”

Lewandowski’s attorneys said the “accusations and rumors appear to be morphing by the minute” and were not worthy of a further response.” Odom was seated beside Lewandowski at the event, according to Politico.

Two eyewitnesses said Odom looked uncomfortable, and three said Lewandowski seemed intoxicated.

Photos from the event showed Lewandowski positioned above Odom’s shoulder while sticking his tongue out.

Odom said she was “fearful” for her physical safety. Odom’s attorney also claimed that Lewandowski boasted about his connections to the former president and threatened of being capable to “destroy anyone.”

Lewandowski serves as a leader for the pro-Trump super PAC Make America Great Again Action, to which Odom and her husband have donated USD100,000. The couple are reportedly mulling to ask for their money back if the group doesn’t end its association with Lewandowski.

Lewandowski was charged with battery during Trump’s 2016 campaign after a video showed him grabbing the arm of a female reporter who was trying to ask the presidential hopeful a question. The charges were later dropped.

In 2017, pro-Trump singer Joy Villa filed a police report alleging Lewandowski touched her inappropriately at a holiday party.
