Season 9 of the GO Battle League is about to begin and the GO Battle League Season 9 schedule is now available. Season 9 of GO Battle League will begin on Monday, August 30, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT 7).

The following events will take place during the start of the season:
- Seasonal awards will be accessible on the battle screen at the end of the season.
- Your GO Battle League rank will be reset.
- Rank-up requirements will remain the same as in Season 8
The following leagues will begin and end at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7) on the dates listed below.

- The maximum number of sets you can play per day will be increased from five to 20, for a total of 100 battles.
