Spoink is a Psychic-type of Pokemon and was originally found in the Hoenn region. It was introduced in III Generation. Spoink is weak against Bug, Dark, and Ghost-type Pokemon and strong against Fighting, and Psychic-type Pokemon.

Spoink has a gray, oval-shaped body, with two stubby arms. It has two small ears that hold up a pearl on its head. It has a long, coiled tail that it uses as a spring. It has quite a simple face, with two small, bead-like eyes, pink ovals on its cheeks, and a snout. Spoink is always bouncing on its tail to make its heartbeat. If it were to stop, so would its heart. The pearl on its head, which is from a Clamperl, serves as a psychokinetic amplifier, and the bigger the pearl, the more power, so Spoink is always searching for a bigger, better pearl. It has a diet mostly consisting of underground mushrooms.

Spoink has a max Combat Power (CP) of 1508 and evolves into Grumpig which costs 50 candy. The best moves of Spoink are Zen Headbutt and Shadow Ball.
