Australian opener David Warner took on social media to acknowledge Indian captain Virat Kohli’s record of most number of international centuries among active players. Kohli has 70 international tons against his name and is followed by Warner with 43.

“Fair to say we ain’t catching @virat.kohli,” Warner wrote in an Instagram story with stats in the background.

Indian sports website Sportskeeda, in an Instagram post, had named all the currently active batsmen with most international centuries to their names. “Most 100s in international cricket among active players. Virat Kohli miles ahead at the top,” the caption of the post said.
Virat Kohli has amassed over 12169 runs in the ODIs and also has 7490 runs in Test cricket. He is the only player to cross the 3000-run mark in T20 International cricket. The 32-year-old averages more than 50 runs in all formats. He has 43 ODI tons and 27 Test centuries against his name.
Others on the list are David Warner with 43 tons, Chris Gayle (42), Rohit Sharma (40), and Ross Taylor (40).
