In the final seconds, Mac Jones proved his worth by organizing a pivotal touchdown drive, quieting doubters, and helping the Patriots win 29–25. With eight plays totaling 75 yards, the game-winning series was completed in a minute and forty-six seconds. With this pass, Jones scored his second touchdown of the fourth quarter, bringing his total for points scored in the quarter to 28.
