Drink plenty of water and flush out the waste from your system and increase metabolism. You can even drink ginger tea or green tea after having your favourite lunch.
A little bit of exercise
Doing simple yoga asanas or a light workout helps in lowering the blood pressure, heart rate and relaxes the stomach nerves. It is a good option to clear your system, sweat the worries out and feel refreshed.
