Actor Prabhas on Sunday announced that his upcoming film ‘Salaar’ will be released on 14th April 2022. The announcement comes on the same day when the makers of actor Pawan Kalyan‘s highly anticipated film ‘PSPK 27’ announced that the film will be released on ‘Sankranthi’ 2022.
‘Salaar‘ is being directed by KGF fame Prasnath Neel. He took to Twitter on Sunday and said, “Rebelling Worldwide #Salaar On April 14, 2022. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all.”
According to NDTV, ‘KGF’ producer Vijay Kiragandur is producing ‘Salaar,’ which also stars Shruti Haasan.
On the other hand, ‘PSPK 27’, which is being directed by Krish and produced by AM Ratnam is a period drama set in the 17th century, reported India Today. Some leaked photos from the set of film shows Kalyan in a warrior dress. He is currently shooting stunt scenes for the film.
According to NDTV, Prabhas has quite a busy schedule ahead of him this year with a long list of projects. He will star alongside Deepika Padukone in Nag Ashwin’s next and will also star in Radha Krishna Kumar’s ‘Radhe Shyam’ with Pooja Hegde. Along with this, he will also be seen in Om Raut’s ‘Adipurush‘, co-starring Saif Ali Khan.
