Delhi Capitals have got the start they were wishing for, securing a victory in their opening match this season against Chennai Super Kings on Saturday. DC star player Shikhar Dhawan on Monday took it to Instagram and shared a series of videos of his squad dancing to the beats of the popular Tamil song ‘Vaathi Coming’.
In the series of videos, Dhawan and other cricketers, including Steve Smith, Chris Woakes, Ajinkya Rahane, R Ashwin, and skipper Rishabh Pant, are seen grooving to the viral song from South Indian actor Vijay’s movie ‘Master’. The cricketers were shooting for an advertisement.

His post garnered more than 680,000 likes and thousands of comments in less than a day. He in fact asked through his caption, “Who danced better, Swipe and comment with your answers.” To which, a lot of fans said, ‘Gabbar’, which is his other name.
Though a lot of fans said, Smith and Woakes too as they rocked the floor with their dance having the Indian touch. A lot of users commented with heart-eyed emojis on the post too.

Dhawan was the player of the match in their opening match against CSK, he scored 85 runs off 54 balls. The team will be seen playing their next match against Rajasthan Royals on Thursday.
