Punjab Kings is all ready to set its foot in the IPL this year against Rajasthan Royals on Monday, April 12 and star player Chris Gayle seems to be very excited about it. In a recent video from Punjab Kings’ Instagram handle, the cricketer was seen dancing to the beats of an Indian pop song. 

Gayle was shooting for an advertisement recently, where he was dancing on the famous Daler Mehndi track ‘Tunak Tunak Tun’. The power-hitter batsman hit the floor along with a dhol and took all the cricket fans by a surprise.

Punjab Kings shared a reel of the player dancing in the bhangra song along with a caption, “Opening day of the #IPL2021 and Boss is ready to perform.”

The reel gathered more than 40,000 likes and hundreds of comments with fans around the world cheering the batsman for his amazing performance off the field.

A lot of users commented on the reel, one said “Universe boss,” another called him the “Daler Mehndi of West Indies.” Third wrote “Not only the Universe boss, but the Entertainment boss too.” A lot of fans expressed the love for their superstar with heart-eyed emojis too.
