Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh have had a long-standing friendship ever since they started their careers together in Aamir Khan’s film ‘Dangal’. They had received training and resided together for the film. They frequently exchange photos and take walks outside together.

Fatima recently shared a couple of photos of the two of them getting matching tattoos on social media. The ‘Ludo’ actor shared a series of images from a tattoo workshop on her Instagram stories. “@sanyamalhotra_ aur mera tattu,” she said in the caption.  The ‘Dangal’ co-stars were seen sporting a dot tattoo on their inner forearms.

A dot tattoo can be used to represent the beginning, middle, and end of anything, such as heaven, earth, and the seas, or the body, soul, and spirit. It depends on who is doing the work and how they feel about it.

In March, Fatima tested positive for COVID-19. She said in an interview with a prominent daily that her health had been extremely awful while she was sick with coronavirus and that she was grateful that she had her brother with her at the time. She expressed gratitude for his presence and voiced relief that her parents did not remain with her since they may have got the illness from her if they did.

Fatima was most recently seen in Karan Johar’s ‘Ajeeb Daastaans,’ alongside Jaideep Ahlawat. She has been cast with Anil Kapoor in an unnamed film. Sanya Malhotra is known for sharing dancing videos of herself and will star alongside Vikrant Massey in an untitled forthcoming film.
