Global K-Pop sensation BTS are back with their much-awaited concert ‘Permission to Dance On Stage’ in Los Angeles and fans as usual cannot keep calm. Being the first in-person concert – which is also being live-streamed globally – after the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, the band is getting the kind of attention and reactions it is used to. Soon after the band made their first appearance on the stage, social media users and BTS fans, popularly known as ‘ARMY’, started posting their reactions on Twitter.

‘Permission to dance is BTS’ first in-person concert after 2019. The concerts will take place from October 24 to November 2.

However, the band witnessed a slight change in the plan right before their performance after one of the members V, whose real name is Kim Taehyung, was asked to remain seated during the concert due to a calf injury.

Big Hit’s statement read, “Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. We would like to provide the following information regarding the performance of BTS member V as part of today’s ‘BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE.’

The statement further read, “While the artist himself strongly wished to participate in the performance in full, our company has decided to follow physician advice and minimize V’s movements during today’s BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE. As a result, V will take part in the performance while seated and without choreography. We ask for your understanding.”
