One of cricket’s greats Wasim Akram on Wednesday shared a bald look on Twitter. Posting an image, he said, “Me after 12 days in quarantine and I finally found my razor happy now ? #QuarantineLife.” This comes days after Akram’s wife Shaniera asked him to get rid of his moustache.
Wasim Akram has been in quarantine in Melbourne, Australia for 12 days now. The ‘King of Swing’ flew to Australia to be with his wife and daughter but is in isolation at the moment.

On the eighth day of quarantine Akram took to social media to share how he is keeping himself motivated to workout in quarantine. He showed his new bicycle and gym equipment as a Sajjad Ali song plays in the background. However, the former Pakistan pacer started the video by flaunting his ‘quarantine mustache’.
To this his wife Shaniera commented,” That moustache is not coming home with you!”

It seems like Wasim Akram’s razor comment is directed at Shaniera’s demand of him cleaning the moustache.
Last week, Akram had shared a photo of him on the sixth day of isolation and said he looked and felt like “total junglee”.
“I’m in Melbourne to be with my wife and little princess,” he further said in the caption.
On Tuesday, Wasim Akram, who also captained the Pakistani team, dismissed all reports of him being interested in the job of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman. His former teammate Ramiz Raja was chosen for the job. In a social media post, Akram slammed an Indian media organisation asking it to ‘get its sources right.”

Wasim Akram is an influential member of the PCB’s Cricket Committee and also Director cricket/coach with the Karachi Kings in the Pakistan Super League.
“PCB chairman’s post is a specialised job and I was never interested in it. Thank God, I am content where I am in my life,” Akram tweeted.
