Adani Green Energy: The company reported a 49% year-on-year growth in consolidated profit at Rs 149 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2022-23. Revenue from operations rose 19.5% to Rs 1,686 crore and EBITDA rose 9% to Rs 966 crore against the corresponding quarter last year. Margin dropped 550 bps year-on-year to 57.3%.

Eicher Motors: The company reported a 76% year-on-year growth in profit at Rs 657 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2022-23. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 3,519 crore, a growth of 56.4%, and EBITDA rose 75% to Rs 821.4 crore against the year-ago quarter. Margin rose to 23.3% from 20.9% during the quarter.

Adani Power: The company announced signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to sell its 100% stake in its subsidiary- Support Properties (SPPL) to AdaniConnex (ACX). The transaction value is Rs 1,556.5 crore. ACX is an equal ratio joint venture between Adani Enterprises and EdgeConneX.

Zomato: The company reported a net loss of Rs 251 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2022-23 against a loss of Rs 430 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,661 crore, up by 62%, and EBITDA loss narrowed to Rs 311 crore against Rs 536 crore in the year-ago period.

Apollo Hospitals Enterprises: The company reported a 20% year-on-year decline in profit at Rs 212.8 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2022-23. Revenue from operations grew 14.4% to Rs 4,251 crore against the year-ago period. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 565.4 crore, which declined 8% and the margin fell by 330 bps to 13.3% during the quarter.

Jindal Steel & Power: The company recorded a 92.3% year-on-year fall in consolidated profit at Rs 200 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2022-23. Revenue from operations fell 0.7% year-on-year to Rs 13,521.4 crore, EBITDA tanked 58% to Rs 1,931.4 crore, and margin dropped by 1,950 bps to 14.3% against the year-ago period. JSPL has prepaid its entire overseas long-term debt.

Bata India: The company reported a 37.7% year-on-year increase in standalone profit at Rs 51.1 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2022-23. Revenue stood at Rs 830 crore increased by 35% year-on-year, and EBITDA rose 35.1% to Rs 160.9 crore against the year-ago quarter.
