Bollywood diva and global icon, Priyanka Chopra Jonas took to social media and praised Seema, a girl from a village in Jharkhand who received a full scholarship to a Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Along with Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Navya Naveli Nanda, granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan also shared a story on her Instagram handle calling it “incredible.”

Priyanka Chopra Jonas, while sharing the story of Seema by Yuwa India on twitter said, “If you educate a girl, she can change the world…such an inspiring achievement. Bravo Seema, I can’t wait to see what you do next.”

Navya Naveli Nanda, who runs “Project Naveli”, to built a gender equal world also highlighted Seema’s story on her Instagram with a caption “amazing.” She is an active user of social media.

Yuwa India, on their official Instagram page shared the inspiring story of Seema, the girl from a village in Jharkhand who battled all odds to achieve the prestigious scholarship from Harvard University.

She avoided child marriage, defended her education and wanted to do something for her village where women face all kind of discrimination, the Instagram post read.
