Metro Boomin’ has been giving hints on his Instagram about who fans could expect to be working on the upcoming Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Soundtrack. The first three features, Future, Don Toliver, and James Blake, were unveiled by Metro on May 24.

On May 30, Metro Boomin unveiled the final cast members for the illustrious project after releasing the first batch of features from the Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Soundtrack the previous week. A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert, and 21 Savage served as the album’s headliners, but Metro also featured A Boogie With A Hoodie, Offset, Nav, Wizkid, Coi Leray, J.I.D., Swae Lee, and others.

Now, after all that wait, Metro Boomin’s Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse soundtrack finally drops on June 2. Metro hasn’t dropped the full tracklist yet, but fans will see it soon enough. The album will be available everywhere including YouTube, Spotify, and all other music-streaming platforms.

Metro’s third Billboard 200 No. 1 album, Heroes and Villains, precedes Across the Spider-Verse Soundtrack. Furthermore, this is the first soundtrack that Metro Boomin has assembled for a significant feature-length movie. Additionally, it isn’t the only initiative he has been engaged in.

Future said earlier this year that he is collaborating with the St. Louis native on an album. There are currently no additional verified details, however, Metro has stated that fans could see an update on the collaborative LP as early as June.

A project with JID is also said to be something he’s working on. Nearly seven months after Metro’s much-praised album Heroes & Villains was released, his subsequent body of work will be available now in a matter of a few hours.
