Upcoming Netflix releases in September

  • Shows and movies from a wide range of genres will be making a debut.
  • The final season of Lucifer is going to release soon.
  • The next seasons of Too Hot to Handle and Sex Education will also be released this month.

The month
of September has already brought the users of Netflix plenty of happiness and
intrigue.

Almost a week has passed since the first chapter of Money Heist’s
final season released and the world can still not stop talking about it.

The show
has set a precedent for all the upcoming releases and the bar has been set quite
high.

There’s something for everyone as shows and movies from a wide range of
genres brace themselves for their debut.

The final season of Lucifer will be out tomorrow on September 10th. The comedy-drama revolves around the life of Lucifer, the fallen angel who has abandoned his throne and left hell. He enjoys life in Los Angeles until a murder takes place outside his nightclub.  

The reality show Too Hot to Handle is also back and with a Latino version. A group of young singles from Latin America and Spain stay together on an island. They need to remain celibate in order to win $100,000. Too Hot to Handle Latino scheduled to release on September 15th.

The trailer for Sex Education’s upcoming season was dropped yesterday and has already created a lot of buzz on the internet.

The comedy drama revolves around the life of a high school student Otis, his mother is a sex therapist. While he does not have much experience in the lovemaking department, that does not stop him from starting a sex clinic in his school.

The third season will be released on September 17th.

Ankahi Kahaniya
is a comedy-drama film featuring Kunal Kapoor, Zoya Hussain and Abhishek
Banerjee. The anthology revolves around life in big cities and the buzz surrounding
it. The three short films promise unusual stories of love, loss and longing. It’s
scheduled to release on September 17th.

A true
crime documentary Crime Stories: India Detectives which follows the Bengaluru police
on the job will be released on September 22nd. It will give us a
rare glimpse into the complexities and challenges faced by the persons in
uniform.
