Gold price in India edged higher on Wednesday. It steadied
near a near-month low on Wednesday, as cautious investors awaited monthly US inflation
data for hints on the road ahead for the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy.

Gold prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) increased
marginally on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. Gold futures were trading at Rs 50,487.00
per 10 gm, up 30 points or 0.06%, in the Indian market. Silver futures were
trading at Rs 56,437.00 per kg, down 29.00 points or 0.05%.

In global markets, gold was priced at $1,725.13 per oz while
Silver is priced at $18.95. Platinum was trading at $847.50 while palladium was
trading at $1,994.50.

In the spot market, the 22-carat gold was sold at Rs 49,660
per 10 grams while silver was priced at Rs 56,097 per kg on Tuesday according
to the Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association.

Copper futures were trading at Rs 628.20 up 0.28% while
Natural Gas and Aluminium futures were trading at Rs 449.50 and Rs 206.15 per
Kg respectively on MCX.

Ten grams of 22-carat gold costs Rs 46,800 in Mumbai, New
Delhi, and Kolkata. According to the Good Returns website, the same quantity of
22-carat gold is being traded-in Chennai for Rs 46,700.

The 24-carat gold prices, ten grams of the highly
sought-after metal can be purchased for Rs 51,054 in New Delhi, Mumbai, and
Kolkata. In Chennai, the same quantity of 24-carat gold is being offered for Rs
50,950.

Ten grams of 22-carat gold costs Rs 46,950 and Rs 46,880 in
Chandigarh and Nagpur, respectively. The same amount of 24-carat purity is
being traded-in Chandigarh for Rs 51,200 and in Nagpur for Rs 51,150.

In Kerala and Hyderabad, ten grams of 22-carat gold costs
Rs 46,800, while in Bengaluru, the same quantity costs Rs 46,850. The same
quantity of 22-carat gold is offered for Rs 46,800 in Vijaywada, Bhubaneswar
and Vishakhapatnam.

Furthermore, ten grams of 24-carat gold is worth Rs 51,054
in Hyderabad, Kerala, Bhubaneswar, Vijayawada and Vishakhapatnam. The same
quantity of 24-carat gold is available for Rs 51,100 in Bengaluru.

Ten grams of 22-carat gold costs Rs 46,880 and Rs 46,700 in
Nashik and Coimbatore, respectively. The same quantity of 24-carat purity is
priced at Rs 51,150 in Nashik and Rs 50,950 in Coimbatore.

Ten grams of 22-carat gold can be purchased and sold in Pune
and Jaipur for Rs 46,880 and Rs 46,950, respectively. The same amount of
24-carat purity costs Rs 51,150 in Pune and Rs 51,200 in Jaipur.
