Minda Industries Limited

Minda Industries Limited (MIL) has announced a record date
for bonus share and dividend payments. The board of directors of the mid-cap
auto ancillary company has recommended a 1:1 bonus share and a final dividend of
Re 1 per equity share on the face value of Rs 2 
per equity share for the financial year 2021-22, subject to the approval of
shareholders of the company in next AGM. The record date for bonus share and
final dividend payment has been fixed on July 8, 2022.

Adani Transmission

Adani Transmission has signed a Share Purchase agreement
with Essar Power to acquire its 100% stake in Essar Power Transmission company
(EPTCL) for Rs 1,913 crore. The acquisition is a part of the company’s
value-added growth strategy through organic as well as inorganic growth
opportunities.

V-Guard Industries

SBI Mutual Fund through its various schemes bought 59,171
equity shares in the company through open market transactions on June 2. With
this, its shareholding in the company increased to 9.04% from 9.027% earlier.

Poonawala Fincorp

SEBI revoked the securities market ban imposed on Abhay
Bhutada, Managing Director of Poonawalla Finance, in a care related to alleged
insider trading activities in the shares of Magma Fincorp, (which is now known
as Poonawalla Fincorp). According to a PTI report, SEBI conducted a detailed
investigation into the matter and found that Abhay Bhutada had not communicated
UPSI (unpublished price sensitive information).

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank

The company board will meet on June 8 to consider the
proposal for raising funds through the issuance of debt securities on a private
placement basis, in one or more tranches.

RattanIndia Power

Vaibhav Agarwal has resigned from the position of
Managing Director of the company due to personal reasons. Therefore, he also
ceased to be the Key Managerial Personnel of the company on June 3. Asim Kumar
De, the Whole Time Director of the company, has been given additional
responsibilities to discharge the functions previously assigned to the Managing
Director until a new Managing Director is appointed by the company.

Promoter group – Niketa Sanjay Shah & PACs bought 2.6
lakh equity shares in the company via open market transactions on June 3. With
this, promoters’ stake in the company rose to 58.44%, up from 57.81% earlier.

The board will meet on June 21 to consider the
sub-division of equity shares of the company, it said in an exchange filing.

Valiant Organics

The company in an exchange filing said that an incidence
of blast in the reactor in the chlorination section of its plant at GIDC,
Sarigam Gujarat. The incident occurred on June 3. There has been no loss of
human life, however, a minor injury was reported to one person, who is under
medical treatment.
