The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has issued the admit card for UPSSSC PET exam. Candidates can download the admit card by visiting the official website of UPSSSC, upsssc.gov.in.  The examination will be held in two shifts on August 24. The first shift will start from 10am to 12pm and the second shift will begin at 3pm to 5pm. A total of 20,73,540 candidates have applied for UPSSSC PET exam this time.

Through this recruitment exam, about 35,000 posts of Group C level lying vacant in various departments of the UP government will be recruited. The UPSSSC has set up 2,254 exam centers in the 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh for the exam.

Here are the steps to download UPSSSC PET Admit Card 2021

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSSSC – UPSSSC.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the Pet admit card link

Step 3: Enter registration number, date of birth, gender and verification code

Step 4: Click to download the admit card

To avoid network congestion, the commission’s website has been connected to 10 servers. Along with this, a team of experts has been put in place so that the candidates do not face any kind of problem.

The exam will be conducted in a pen/ paper mode and the time duration will be 2 hours. The question paper consist of 100 multiple choice questions (MCQ) and each question carry 1 mark. There is a negative marking also, for every wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted. 

The board has appointed 7,882 candidates of the selected candidates through PET examination, 1,055 of basic education, 500 of secondary education, 7,000 of clerks in various departments, 1,303 auditor of rural development, 9,222 of family welfare, 3448 of child development nutrition and 383 posts of municipal body have also been filled by the board.

After the PET exam, the commission will release the application form for the vacant posts. On the basis of PET score, candidates will be called for Main Examination, Skill Test, Physical Efficiency Test for different recruitments.
