American actor Matthew McConaughey, in his explosive new memoir ‘Greenlights’, disclosed that he was molested as a teenager by another man. The memoir, which was published on Tuesday, contains horrific details of the incidents of the night when he was molested, reported the DailyMail.

According to a DailyMail report, he was ‘knocked unconscious’ by his male assailant when he was 18 and was assaulted.

The Dallas Buyer’s Club star also mentioned that he was ‘in the back of a van’ during the incident. In a tell-all memoir, McConaughey said he was blackmailed into having coitus at the age of 15. ‘I was certain I was going to hell for the premarital sex,’ the actor was quoted by the DailyMail.

‘Today, I am merely certain that I hope that’s not the case.’

The actor posted a video on Instagram, talking about his book and also showed his excitement about the launch.
