Nick Carter, a Backstreet Boys member, has recently been accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl, in a cabin on a yacht.

Due to Carter’s Las Vegas residence, the complaint was filed on Monday in Nevada’s Clark County District Court. It says that in 2003, when the Pennsylvanian girl was 15 years old, Carter sexually attacked her. Carter was 22 – 23 when things allegedly happened.

According to the filings, the adult, identified as “A.R.,” has come forward to claim that Carter sexually assaulted her in a bedroom on his yacht. The lawsuit also alleged that Carter gave A.R. instructions to keep the sexual abuse she endured from him a secret.

Carter is charged with sexually abusing the adolescent on a bus and once more on a boat in separate alleged events described in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit also claimed that Carter “knowingly supplied alcohol and drugs to the then-minor A.R. on this occasion, causing her to become intoxicated while on his yacht.” Additionally, Carter is accused of transmitting the human papillomavirus (HPV) to the teenager.

According to the lawsuit, the teenager reported the alleged assaults to her mother, who subsequently notified the police in Pennsylvania. However, Carter was never charged with a crime in connection to these allegations.

This recent lawsuit follows another one filed in December, where allegations were made that Carter raped Shannon “Shay” Ruth when she was 17 years old. At the time of the alleged occurrence, Ruth stated that Carter, who was 21, gave her wine, raped her sexually, and threatened her if she told anybody about it.

The documents stated that while Ruth was in line for an autograph in Tacoma, Washington in February 2001, Carter asked her into a tour bus. When Ruth commented that the drink tasted odd, Carter offered her a beverage he called “VIP juice,” which was subsequently found to contain alcohol. And then later sexually assaulted her.
