The first show Pharrell Williams put on as the creative director of Louis Vuitton menswear is appropriately star-studded, with Beyonce, Rihanna, Zendaya, and more in the front row.

The show opened the first day of Paris Fashion Week Menswear and took place on the Pont Neuf, Paris’s oldest stone bridge across the Seine.

Last week, Rihanna and her partner, rapper Asap Rocky, were in the front row when the singer was presented on billboards as the face of the company’s first marketing initiative.

The singer and Fenty Beauty founder, who is expecting her second child, donned a denim jumpsuit covered in the new collection’s fabric, along with a matching bra and undone buttons to show off her growing belly.

Beyonce stopped her Renaissance world tour to attend the performance in Paris. Her husband Jay-Z, who performed with Williams after the show, wore a crisp white shirt and a chocolate brown three-piece suit, while she wore a slouchy yellow pyjama-style ensemble and large sunglasses.

As a new Louis Vuitton ambassador and Euphoria actor, Zendaya sat next to Beyonce throughout the performance. She wore a loose, glittery top with matching pants that were casual and slouchy, and she let her curly hair long.

The front row’s list of notable attendees did not end there. Supermodel Naomi Campbell also attended in a stylish leather mini dress and coordinating blazer with the Louis Vuitton logo print, as did reality TV personality Kim Kardashian.

Rapper Jaden Smith, actor Jared Leto, rapper Megan Thee Stallion, and singer Anitta were among the stars in the front row.

Rapper Dave from the UK and Pusha T and Big Sean from the United States walked the runway when the show finally began, almost an hour late.

Williams, 50, showed a sophisticated approach for both menswear and clothing for all genders in the collection, which used the term “Lovers” as its motif.
