Bottega Veneta is going viral for the most bizarre reason. The Italian luxury brand is selling necklace that resembles coiled telephone-cords and the cost of it is Rs. 1 Lakh.
Popular Instagram page Diet Prada took to Instagram to share a picture of the newest addition to their fashion collection. Called the ‘Necklace’, the accessory resembles the classic landline telephone cord and they are worth USD 2,000 (Rs 1,45,189).
The page also shared a collage of the necklace with telephone cords worth USD 5 (Rs 362) with a caption that reads, “Bottega is the new Vetements (sic).”
The post instantly went viral with more than 65 k likes. Netizens not only trolled the luxury brand but also advised them to stick to footwear only.
