On Monday, Ariana Madix shared a video of herself removing boxes from her house, and she was seen loading a moving truck at the house she and Sandoval share. However, Madix is still living with her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval after all. According to insiders who spoke to TMZ, her departure from her Valley Village home was set up as sponsored content.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star went above and beyond on Monday to give the impression that she was leaving the Valley Village house. She asked several friends to assist her with moving boxes, and she had a U-Haul truck parked in the driveway. As Ariana smiled and loaded boxes marked “finances” onto the truck and a black SUV, paparazzi took pictures of her. No one thought much of the ‘finances’ part, or probably even saw it, but it was foreshadowing.

But Ariana later came clean about what was really going on. In later posts, she initially hinted at and then confirmed that she was indeed working with a financing company.
In the financing company’s advertisement, Madix declared, “I’m moving up, not out. Well not yet at least. It’s time to get my financial house in order. I will have more to share with you very very soon.”
Madix will remain Tom Sandoval’s housemate for now. Their connection developed after they first met on the Vanderpump Rules set. They even acquired ownership of the California house together, where they currently live. Then, the ‘Scandoval’ was made public early this year.

For nine months, Sandoval had been having an affair with fellow cast member Raquel Leviss. Now, the former couple continues to live in the same house, despite the announcement, just in different bedrooms.
On May 18, Madix discussed her wish to sell the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom house that she and her partner bought and renovated. Madix disclosed she’s seeking to list the house after the hosts noted that continuing to live there with her ex wasn’t the best living arrangement.
“I’ve been on the phone with a real estate agent,” she said. “And I would like to sell that house and move somewhere, own my own place on my own, and start my new life.”
On a previous episode of Watch What Happens Live, she expressed similar feelings by stating, “My plan is to sell the house. I want to leave that place as soon as I can and get my money out. She told host Andy Cohen that she and Sandoval still resided there, but that they “do not interact on any level” and that they occasionally employ “go-betweens” for communication.
