Gal Gadot, the face of ‘Wonder Woman’, said giving birth is magical and she would do it once a week if she could. The Israeli actor is a mother to three daughters with husband Yaron Varsano – Alma, 10, Maya, 4, and Daniella, 8 months. 

Talking for the cover of InStyle’s February Badass Women issue, Gadot said that she loves her role as a mother of three.

“I love giving birth. I would do it once a week if I could. It’s so magical. And I always take epidurals, to be fair, so it’s not so painful. Just the moment you feel like you’re creating life, it’s incredible,” the 36-year-old said. 

However, the ‘Red Notice’ star further added that that the pregnancies were tough for her. 

“I feel sick and have migraines. I’m not in my element,” she said.

The actor during the interview also admitted that the viral video of ‘Imagine’, the popular John Lennon song, was a mistake. She said that the video made and released in 2020 had the right intentions but the timing was not correct.

Gadot said she is very protective of her three daughters

“They’re the only thing I make sure to keep as private as possible,” she said of her family. “I want them to be naive and safe and protected. I share a lot — I believe that if I went through experiences that people can relate to or learn from, great. But as far as my family goes, I’m very protective,” she continued.

She added that the most badass thing she’s ever done is “shooting a movie while being pregnant”. 

“When you’re on set, you’re like a kite. You can fly so high and try to catch the air. Then you go back home to do your main shift as being a mother,” she explains. “It’s not about me, it’s, ‘OK, now I need to bathe Maya, feed Alma, put Daniella to bed.’ “

“That is the badass thing I do: the juggling between my family life and my acting career,” she concluded.
