Model-actor Gauahar Khan is all set to collaborate with her husband Zaid Darbar for a music video titled ‘Wapis’. The duo tied the knot last year in December and will be sharing screen space in the music video. The song is sung by Ali Brothers.
Gauahar Khan took to social media to share the news and left her fans beaming with excitement with a glimpse of the video. The Ishaqzaade actor said that the video will leave the viewers with love, tears, and joy. She wrote, “Can’t wait for all of you to watch our FIRST project together Yayyyy so excited! Show us your love in comments for #Wapis coming soooooooon . This track will leave you with love , with tears , with joy ! The video of ‘Wapsi’ is produced by Real Music’s Amit Attri and Dinesh Golan under the direction of Robby Singh, while the music is given by Gaurav Dev and Kartik Dev. The song will have a voice-over given by writer Tehzeeb Hafi.
The announcement garnered happy and excited reactions from her followers. Zaid Darbar’s brother and choreographer Awez Darbar commented, “Waitingggg for it.”. TV actors Gautam Rode and Rakhi Sawant also congratulated the couple.
Interestingly, Gauahar Khan met Zaid Darbar only in 2020 in a grocery store. As fate would have it, the two started exchanging messages and grew closer to each other. The duo during an interview said it was all about “quarantine drives and parking garages” before Zaid Darbar popped the question and the rest is history. The couple married each other on December 25 in an intimate nikah ceremony, which was followed by a grand reception.
