The 2021 Daytime Emmy Awards nominations were announced on Tuesday by the National Academy of Television Art and Sciences. ‘General Hospital’ bagged the most number of nominations, 21. They are followed by ‘The Young and the Restless’ and ‘Days of our Lives’ – they both scored 11 nominations each. All of these four shows were nominated in the ‘outstanding drama series’ category.

Apart from them ‘Trinkets and Julie and the Phantoms’, ‘Dash and Lily’ and the ‘Kelly Clarkson Show’ got six nods each.
The 48th edition of the award show will air on June 25, starting at 8PM ET. The Daytime Emmys are given to individuals and programs broadcast between 2am and 6pm.
