Mohd Danish, one of the contestants in Indian Idol 12, delivered a powerful rendition of the song ‘Maa’. The budding singer’s performance made all the three judges – Neha Kakkar, Vishal Dadlani and Himesh Reshammiya – emotional.

We are talking about Saturday’s ‘maa’ special edition where Danish gave a heart-touching performance with the song Maayi teri chunar’. Here’s a glimpse of Danish’s performance that made everyone on the sets cry.
Danish sang the song in the presence of his mother, who also couldn’t control her tears and later came on stage and hug her son.

The show was premiered on Saturday on Sony TV.
However, this is not the first time that judges were moved by a contestants performance. We have seen a number of emotional moments between contestants who got back together with their estranged loved ones on the stage of popular Indian music reality show and judges who often get emotional after a performance.
Earlier, judge Himesh broke down during Danish’s performance which as it reminded Himesh of his brother.
