‘Queen of Pop’ Madonna Louise Ciccone turned 62 on Sunday and the singer is having a bash, as her social media account shows. She has decided to treat herself and posted glimpses of the moments of her birthday celebrations on Instagram.
In her Instagram stories, Madonna has posted pictures of a seaside getaway with a swimming pool. She is celebrating the day in an intimate manner, with her family and close friends.
The 62-year-old has also posted a video where she is first seen talking to herself while dressing up for the day. Then she sings the song ‘Levitating (The Blessed Madonna Remix)’, a hot song by her contemporary Dua Lipa. “I’M Levitating”, she captioned the video.
In a stunning white floral dress, accessorised with a colourful bead necklace, Madonna’s next Instagram post is a series of photos which she captioned as, “Resting Birthday Bitch Face.”
Since the start of the day, the singer has been receiving birthday wishes from fans. Madonna has been referred to as the ‘queen of pop’ from the 1980s and her popularity does not seem to fade even now.
