Mitchel Musso, renowned for his role as Oliver Oken on the hit show “Hannah Montana,” found himself in legal trouble over the weekend in Texas, as law enforcement sources reveal an unusual and quirky incident.

The former Disney star was taken into custody on Saturday evening in Rockwall, TX. The arrest followed a reported disturbance at a local hotel, where Musso was accused of displaying belligerent behavior. However, it was the alleged theft of a simple snack that escalated the situation.

According to the Rockwall Police Department, Musso purportedly pilfered a bag of chips from a food market within the hotel. When staff confronted him for payment, his reaction reportedly turned hostile, culminating in a verbal altercation. Subsequently, the police were called to the scene.

Upon arrival, officers encountered Musso outside the hotel. They determined that he was potentially under the influence, prompting them to conduct further investigations. Shockingly, they discovered a substantial number of outstanding traffic warrants associated with Musso’s name. Consequently, he was apprehended and taken into custody.

The charges against Musso are varied, encompassing public intoxication, theft (amounting to less than $100), expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license, and violating a promise to appear notice.

Musso’s temporary confinement was concluded with his release on a $1,000 bond. The ordeal was notably captured in a somber-looking mug shot, an image that starkly contrasts with his Disney Channel persona.
