Sushant Singh Rajput’s death by suicide on June 14 at his Bandra residence in Mumbai created a nationwide uproar, as his fans and family members couldn’t believe that the person with such positive approach towards life could take such a drastic step. For over a month now, the social media has been abuzz  with hashtags demanding JusticeforSushant and calls for a CBI enquiry.

In the latest development, former cabinet minister Subramaniam Swamy has today asked advocate Ishkaran Singh Bhandari  to look into the facts and see if it is fit for CBI investigation.

“I have asked Ishkaran to look into facts of Sushant Singh Rajput death case & see whether it’s a fit Case for CBI investigation. Then accordingly to see justice is done. For Updates follow @ishkarnBHANDARI,” Swamy tweeted today.

Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, was found dead in his apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra area. The police are investigating allegations that professional rivalry, apart from clinical depression, drove him to suicide.

Several political leaders including BJP parliamentarian Manoj Tiwari, has also demanded a CBI inquiry into Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

Meanwhile in a live Twitter session, advocate Bhandari  asked  people to submit any relevant information they may have related to the late actor’s suicide case. He also clarified that all all details need to have some proofs leaving aside theories that are just based on emotions.

Statements of over 30 people, including family, friends and co-stars have been taken in the probe ordered by the Maharashtra government into Sushant Singh Rajput’s shocking death.

Sushant’s death also brought back the nepotism debate in Bollywood as many of his fans targeted personalities like Karan Johar and Salman Khan.
