British actor Helen McCrory died after a %u201Cheroic battle%u201D with cancer at the age of 52, her husband Damian Lewis confirmed on Friday. The actor was renowned for portraying Narcissa Malfoy in the Harry Potter franchise and Polly Gray in the BBC show Peaky Blinders.
%u201CI%u2019m heartbroken to announce that after an heroic battle with cancer, the beautiful and mighty woman that is Helen McCrory has died peacefulle at home, surrounded by a wave of love from friends and family,%u201D Lewis wrote in a Twitter post.

%u201CShe died as she lived. Fearlessly. God we love her and know how lucky we are to have had her in our lives. She blazed so brightly. Go now Little One, into the air, and thank you,%u201D he added.
Helen and Lewis were married on July 4, 2007 and have two children together, daughter Manon, born in 2006, and son Gullier, born in November 2007.
While they have mostly been kept away from the limelight, the two have occassionally attended movie premiers and other functions with their parents.

According to a report in MEAWW.com, the couple said in an interview in 2015 that they strictly regulate their children’s usage of computers and smartphones. They have a %u201C10 minute-rule%u201D for the weekends, as Helen fears over-dependence on technology will affect her kids’ ability to express themselves.
Manon is quite active on Instagram, where she has over 5,300 followers. She shared this throwback picture with her mother in August, last year.
