Actress Rakhi Sawant has reportedly filed an FIR against her Dubai-based boyfriend Adil Durrani at Oshiwara police station in Mumbai after alleging that he assaulted and cheated her. 

According to Sawant, the couple got into a heated argument regarding another actress, Sherlyn Chopra‘s recently surfaced accusation against the actress and her character. Durrani reportedly got tired of the constant attacks on his girlfriend’s character and the spat eventually escalated into a fight.

When the fight reportedly got ugly, Durrani asked her to give back all the money that he had splurged on her. According to Sawant’s report, when she refused to do so, he assaulted her. 

Who is Adil Durrani?

Rakhi Sawant revealed that she was dating a new man while talking to the media during an award show back in May. 

“Adil, I love you, forever. You are my heart. If somebody has sincerely loved me in my life, it is Adil,” she said.

“When I was in depression, Adil gave me happiness and stopped me from taking a wrong step. He gifted me a BMW as he didn’t want to see me going around in a small car. He then proposed to me,” she added.

Rakhi Sawant received a BMW X1 SUV last month. She shared a video on her Instagram account in which she was seen holding her holding the keys to the new SUV. In another video, she was seen driving the car. 

“Thank you so much my dear friend @shellylather raj bhai and @adil__khandurrani for giving me such a great surprise !! Thanks a ton means a lot to me !! God bless,” she wrote on Instagram. 

Adil Khan Durrani is a businessman in Mysore, Karnataka. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is involved with Indian National Congress.

He started an ice cream parlour, DezertLab, and a car business, A.D. Think.Feel.Drive in Mysore. He is into fitness and has also participated in many state-level shooting competitions.

The first reel he posted featuring Sawwnt was from the time the two of them attended IIFA 2022 in Abu Dhabi. Sitting next to the couple were celebrity couple Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh.

The two have, since then never shied away from sharing details about their dating life on social media.
